Your guide to resetting after the silly season. 😴

The festive season can be a whirlwind of activity, and it’s completely okay if you're feeling a bit out of sync. Whether you're navigating routine changes, sensory overload, or post-holiday fatigue, here are some gentle tips to help you ease back into balance:

1️⃣ Start Small with Routines
Don’t feel pressured to jump back into your full routine all at once. Pick one or two activities to focus on each day—like setting a consistent wake-up time or scheduling a short walk or stretch.

2️⃣ Prioritise Rest
Holidays can be exhausting! Make time for quality rest. Whether it’s a midday nap, a quiet hour with your favorite book, or just some extra downtime, listening to your body is key.

3️⃣ Create a Post-Holiday "Decompression Space"
If social gatherings left you drained, carve out a space in your day for peace. This could be a cozy corner at home where you feel safe to unwind without interruptions.

4️⃣ Check in With Your Support System
Reconnect with friends, family, or online communities (like Spoony!) who understand what you're going through. Talking things out or simply being around others who “get it” can help you feel grounded.

5️⃣ Be Gentle With Yourself
It’s okay if you’re not your version of "normal" straight away - it takes time to readjust. Be kind to yourself. Celebrate the small wins, like putting on comfy clothes or getting out of bed.

Remember, you’re not alone in this. Take things at your own pace, and don’t hesitate to lean on your community for support. 💙
